How To Achieve A Healthy Lifestyle

What does a healthy lifestyle mean to you? The definition will change and this is often why the “Top 10 ways to …” don’t always apply to everyone - we are all unique, our health is personal and needs an approach that works for us as individuals and more importantly this may need to change as your life does.

Whether your healthy lifestyle looks like losing 2 stone or taking 2 days off work … the outcome of a healthy lifestyle should be the same: to be happier and feel good. Changes don’t have to be drastic, small practical changes can help you in your overall goal of wellbeing and help motivate you to success.

Your approach to improving your health is more effective with a 360 approach - trying to improve all areas including your physical health, mental health and emotional health. Have you ever tried an intensive gym program, got up at 5am most mornings (still yawning) and actually it did more harm than good? Or you tried a new diet, that actually got you binging at the weekend and you spent loads of money but dropped no intended pounds?

How have your routines changed over the last 12-24 months? Do you still have the time to do a 1 hour workout after work or a meal prep Sunday? Do you still have a commute to work? Has your workload changed? Have your hobbies changed? Let’s look at some flexible options that we can offer you at Probalance Health.

Health Services at Probalance

Throughout the pandemic and several lockdowns like most businesses we have had to create new options and alternative services to be more convenient for our clients. Like most we had to create online options with both Personal Training and group classes. If you used to go to the gym but are struggling to make it, maybe you are working from home, have you tried an alternative? Or the opposite, are you sick of home workouts and want to get motivated back in the gym space? Our health needs change and our services are flexible to accommodate.

Below we will share the reasons our clients have benefited from each service:
