I went to Andy after having a knee issue whilst running. He quickly diagnosed the problem and then underwent a thorough physical therapy plan with me, with both soft tissue work, assisted body weight movement and exercises to complete at home. He was realistic about my goals and worked with me to get me back to fitness. Really impressed with his professionalism, personal, friendly manner and attention to detail. Made going to see him really enjoyable, even if the rehab was painful!! Would recommend to anybody who needs a some attention with a sports injury.
