Not only does this course include 4 highly effective weight loss workouts. You will also benefit from a complete nutrition plan designed for each individual. In addition to this your course also includes a 1hr personal session.
Week 1
Introduction - body composition analysis and nutritional planning.
Week 2
Part 1 - Your personal nutrition plan detailing food amounts and lists of food choices. Food consumption will be based on body composition results.
Part 2 - Detoxification for weight loss. Discover how to speed up the fat burning process and achieve results faster.
Week 3
Resistance training for fat loss - group exercise.
Week 4
Cardio training for fat loss - group workout.
Week 5
Core conditioning, posture and flexibility - theory and group abdominal workout.
Week 6
One to one personal training session including exercise plan.
