
Chris Turner completed the Premier International Diploma in
Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy in February 2007. Since
then, Chris has worked at Total Fitness in Warrington and also trains
clients in their own homes.
Chris qualified as a Taekwondo instructor in 1996 and is also a
student of Kali, a Filipino martial art of self defence. A keen
rock climber and distance runner, he strongly believes in developing
a body that not only looks good but functions well.
Chris aims to make your training as fun and effective as possible.
He is a qualified Boxercise instructor, and many clients have seen
the benefits of this safe and stimulating form of exercise as an
effective stress reliever.

Jason Mayoh joined Pro Balance in 2006, he gained his premier
training diploma in personal training in 2004 and has since worked
in various areas within the fitness industry from advanced gym instructor
to college lecturer.
Jason is also an experienced martial arts instructor and has competed
in the world, European and many national competitions as a British
team member. He now has around 85 students from 5 years to adult
as well as a female British champion and two British male bronze
medallists.
As a personal trainer he is very motivated and aims to achieve
client's goals with fun and challenging workouts. Apart from personal
training Jason is also qualified in Circuit training, sport massage,
ultrasound therapy, core stability and Hopi ear candling.
