experience within the fitness industry. Prior to Pro Balance Andrew
worked as a Gym Instructor at the Village & Leisure Club (Hyde),
and at Prema Health Club (Manchester).
Andy has gained experience in all aspects of fitness training including
general fitness instruction, weight loss, circuit training, spinning,
ski-fit training, heart-fit training, sport specific fitness, muscular
development, and speed conditioning (currently working for Bury
FC as a fitness/speed conditioning coach).
Andy has been a keen athlete and ran at a high standard representing
Trafford Ac and Stockport Harriers. His own motivation for sport
and fitness training has helped him achieve success at club and
county level, thus influencing his choice of career.
Lisa Riddall has been working 1:1 with clients for over
3 years now, essentially within the clients own home, but now offering
City Centre services here at Pro-Balance. Her experience has been
gained through a love of Triathlon and general interest in keeping
fit and healthy.
Lisa
is fully qualified in all areas of Personal Fitness Training, including
Nutrition and Weight Management, Gym Instruction, Pilates, Yoga
and Circuit Training. She has also completed British Triathlon Association
Level 1 Coaching, and enjoys coaching and writing training programmes
for clients within the 3 triathlon disciplines in particular.
In addition to physical training, Lisa also has Diploma
and Masters Certificates in Hypnotherapy, and helps a large number
of clients to make positive changes to their lives, effortlessly
and easily. Weight Loss, Anger Management, Fear of Spiders/Flying,
Improved Confidence and Motivation are just some of the issues that
Lisa has helped clients with during the last 6 months.
