Andrew Jeffries has over 10 years
experience within the fitness industry. Prior to Pro Balance Andrew
worked as a Gym Instructor at the Village & Leisure Club (Hyde),
and at Prema Health Club (Manchester).

Andy has gained experience in all aspects of fitness training
including weight management, circuit training, spinning, ski-fit
training, heart-fit training, sport specific fitness, muscular
development, and speed conditioning (currently working for
Bury FC as a fitness/speed conditioning coach).
Andy has been a keen athlete and ran at a high standard representing
Trafford AC and Stockport Harriers. His own motivation for
sport and fitness training has helped him achieve success
at club and county level, thus influencing his choice of career.

David Gooch has been a keen athlete
and rugby player for over 15 years now, with representative honors
at county, national and international level in Rugby league. Prior
to Pro-Balance David worked with Super League club Salford City
Reds as a Sports Rehabilitator working very closely with the head
Physiotherapist and head Conditioner. David has also had spells
with Super League club Warrington Wolves and Southampton Football
Club.

After completing a BTEC in Sports and Exercise Science, David
studied at Salford University, and in 2007 completed a degree
in Sports Rehabilitation. David's qualifications not only
give him the ability to organize and develop both rehabilitation
and training programs, but also to ensure programs are tailored
to meet the individual and specific demands of the client.
David is a very motivated and dedicated trainer, which can
be seen with his sporting and professional achievements. These
traits are valuable assets in any trainer and when combined
with David's qualifications, ensure that clients gain the
most from their training sessions with the best results available.

Emma Sconce has worked in the health
and fitness industry and around sport for over 10 years, working
in gyms, as a tutor and a home personal trainer. Emma's main interest
is sport fitness training and conditioning, having played for several
football clubs, she is a keen athlete who enjoys training.

Emma has various qualifications in fitness including the NSCA Strength and Conditioning qualification, a degree in Sport Science, NASM Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement certificates and a PCGE in Post-16 Education.
Emma's passion is working with all different types of clients,
educating and motivating them to achieve their goals in a
fun, relaxed and professional environment. Her aim is to provide
a holistic approach to health and fitness and wellbeing by
using bespoke programmes tailored to each individuals needs.
